Great, polite service - except for the surplus tax on my GM credit card. Not much of a value.

Went in for a recall and a tire rotation and balance. Was contacted about selling the vehicle after it being at the dealership for 15 minutes only. They messaged me a ridiculously low offer which was annoying because the truck is worth considerably more than the offer. I was also contacted for added services that weren't necessary. Also, when I got home, I noticed my dash had two decent scratches on a plastic dash that they won't come out very easily. Looked like someone used a metal tool to remove a panel. So, to be honest this is why i go to dealerships as little as possible.

I wasn’t ever at the Columbus dealership Keenan from the Omaha Chevy dealership helped me and he was excellent Dustin in the finance guy from the Columbus store was excellent also
